These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.balitoursandtrekking.com and any bookings made through our website. By booking a tour, transfer, or activity with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings can be made directly through our website, via email, or through our official WhatsApp.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payment can be made through our secure payment gateway (Midtrans) or other agreed payment methods.

Prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
2. Confirmation

Once your booking and payment are received, we will send a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your booking details.

Please review the booking confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date: Full refund (minus transaction fees).

Cancellations made 3–7 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date or in case of no-show: No refund.

Certain activities may have separate cancellation policies, which will be stated at the time of booking.
4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements without prior notice.

Whenever possible, changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate personal details, including contact information, at the time of booking.

You are expected to be punctual. Delays caused by the customer may result in shortened tour duration without refund.

You must comply with local laws, customs, and safety instructions from our guides or partners.
6. Health & Safety

Some activities (such as trekking Mount Batur) require a reasonable level of fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically able to participate.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements before booking.

We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Liability

Bali Tours and Trekking acts as a tour operator and arranges services with trusted local partners. We are not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury during the trip.

We recommend that all customers have adequate travel and health insurance.
