Mount Batur Camping Activitity

Mount Batur is an active volcano in Bali. It has been erupted many times. The eruptive activity of mount Batur recorded in history in 1804 and the last eruption occurred in 2000. The most devastating occured on August 2 and ended September 21, 1926.

Camping activity on  mount Batur  is one of option to enjoying the beautiful of Kintamani from the top of volcano. The trip start in the afternoon to climb up the volcano to see the sunset, in the evening making a bonfire in a cool atmosphere while enjoying dinner, and  wake up in the morning to enjoying the beautiful sunrise.

The hike starts at 3pm passing through various horticultural plantations before getting the foot of mount Batur. It has so beautiful panoramas around the caldera  with green view of garden and the lake Batur. The cool atmosphere feel fresh during the trip, so warm jacket is suggested to bring for your evening and morning time on the top of the volcano.

Dinner menu ; Chicken or Tilapia fish
